You Should Know: Jared Meisler

Jared Meisler is behind some of our favorite LA restaurants. You can thank the so so sweet restauranteur, or as he prefers to be known, Eater / Drinker, for faultless standbys Bar Lubitsch, Roger Room, Jones, and The Pikey (Mary’s Vinegar Chicken off the dinner menu here is, no exaggeration, a recurring dream of ours). Lucky for us he was able to swing by the shoot and steal some time from his busy schedule putting together his newest project Barbette. Projected to open this summer, keep your eye out - you'll want to get your reservations in as soon as you can!
