Other details: P.Diddy was the draw at W Hotel's Mr. Chow on Friday when hundreds of well heeled New Yorkers and Euros air kissed at the Culo by Raphael Mazzucco opening. Only problem: Diddy was no where to be seen for most of the dinner, leaving hordes to swam the VIP area until the hotel was forced to erect a literal fence to keep them out. After, party goers spilled out into the pool area where the Armani party was in full effect.
