Join hosts John Besh, Marcus Samuelsson, Aaron Sanchez, and Jonathan Waxman for a tasting. The night will feature an entree and side dish prepared by each of the acclaimed chefs. Pastry chef Frederic Monnet of the Mandarin Oriental Hotel will also run a dessert station.
