Tell us about the LYCRA® Challenge and what your favorite part of the journey was?
Anastasia: The LYCRA® challenge was such a cool project. It was based on my life as an athlete, model, and traveler. I took the suits in my everyday life from surfing and training in San Clemente (my hometown), to modeling in Staniel Cay in the Bahamas and swimming with pigs, and then going back to my competitive swimmer roots and getting in the pool, seeing first hand from the ARC facility all the hard work that Invista does for LYCRA® and testing the products!
What were some of the key learnings from your visit to the Invista ARC facility?
That they are able to test LYCRA® XTRA LIFE™ in the lab just as good as they can in real life with their cutting edge technology, and how much they test the products for quality!
Why do you prefer the LYCRA® XTRA LIFE™ fabric over others?
Because I know that suits made with LYCRA® XTRA LIFE™ will hold up and as I did the LYCRA® challenge, I put the suits to the test in salt water, sun, traveling, surfing, working out, chlorine and even wearing them daily!
