What we love most about Beaker & Gray is that it's a family business with the mother at the helm and son behind the menu. The food is worldly, meaning it doesn't come from anywhere specific but is a mixture of many different cuisines. Chef Brian Nasajon suggested this idea because everything is readily available from all cultures and countries. For example, the Mexican cheese Oaxaca is made in a french way. The pork belly sandwichitos are terrific, topped with watermelon. The presentation here is top notch and the cheesecake is the best we've ever had. Make sure to make reservations because this is one of the most popular spots in Wynwood - it's constantly packed.
