Cecconi's is one of the trendiest Italian restaurants on Miami Beach - sit out in the open backyard with 10 or so trees growing near green vines that stretch up the walls. You're not in Miami anymore but like some enclave in a remote island off the coast of Italy. The crowd is young, mainly professional travelers. Try the gnocchi with Gorgonzola and the lamb chops - get a variety of different plates and share as this is the best way to really experience the menu. Mojitos are some of the best in Miami - get yours with dark rum to add a bit of spice to it.
