The famous transgender model, Lea T, will be making an exclusive appearance this Saturday at German designer Philipp Plein's show in Milan. Her rise to fame was when she played muse to Givenchi's Ricardo Tischi. The 30-year-old Brazilian model has previously made headlines for posing nude (pre-op) in French Vogue and kissing Kate Moss on the cover of Love Magazine.
