9. Oprah teams up Lady Gaga for Born This Way Foundation.
Lady Gaga and
Oprah will be formally unveiling Born This Way Foundation at
Harvard University February 29th. Including speakers like
Deepak Chopra and U.S. Secretary of Health and Human Services,
Kathleen Sebelius, the program will be aired on "Oprah's Next Chapter", on the OWN network. According to a statement, the foundation plans to address the many issues involving,
"self-confidence, well-being, anti-bullying, mentoring and career development through research, education and advocacy."
"BTWF will lead youth into a braver new society where each individual is accepted and loved as the person they were born to be."
