3. Justin Bieber almost causes Oslo, Norway to go in to a state of emergency. Yesterday, Bieber was set to perform a free six-song show at the Oslo Opera House, causing a spike in mobile usage that briefly disabled cell service in the city. Bieber took to
Twitter, saying things like,
"Please listen to the police. I don't want anyone getting hurt. I want everything to go to plan but your safety must come first."
His tweets seemed to work as the show did eventually go on. The concert was filmed as part of the "Justin Bieber: All Around the World" TV special, which features him on a 12-country, 7-day tour. The special will air on June 21st. [
