5. Rita Ora holds private show for MTV: Unplugged. She began the show by saying,
“This is my favorite kind of performance. I feel like you guys are in my living room.”
She said in her charming British accent. But it was obvious in her forest-decorated set that she beyond nervous, having admitted to have never performed in a setting like this before. It was about 50 of us, just looking up in adoration of this small girl who seemed to captivate us down to the breath of each song. She began her completely acoustic set list with her first single “R.I.P,” a personal favorite, and ended with a cover of Stevie Wonder’s “Love Light In Flight.” The show should premiere within the next few months.
