1. One year ago today, Amy Winehouse joined Club 27. Her father, Mitch Winehouse, posted a letter about Amy in the Huffington post in honor of the late singer. Titled, Remembering Amy, the letter was just that. It was how Mitch remembered Amy. Instead of it being a PSA about drug abuse, it was a memoir of everything Amy embodied. Music was the single most important facet in Amy's life and to be recognized for it was the highest honor, Mitch numerously described throughout the letter. Mitch also recalled her first "real" recording saying,
