2. In honor of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, Buckingham Palace hosted the Diamond Jubilee concert. Last night, artists including Cliff Richard, Tom Jones, Jessie J, Annie Lennox, Stevie Wonder, Kylie Minogue, Grace Jones, will.i.am, Elton John and Paul McCartney performed for the 20,000 attendees. After the 3-hour performance, the Queen took the stage with her family and lit the National Beacon. [Billboard]
