1. Jay-Z is going to headline and curate the first two-day Budweiser Made in America Music Festival. Held on September 1st and 2nd, the festival will be held in Philadelphia and will feature 28 musical acts ranging in an array of genres. Though the line-up has not been announced, Philly natives, The Roots, are speculated to play. Obama is also expected to make an appearance. Tickets go on sale May 23rd.
Jay-Z also made some other big announcements this week. He announced his support for Obama on Gay-Rights and that he will trading studio time for more Blue Ivy time after his "Watch the Throne" European tour with Kanye.
