In New York hospitality, few figures have been as ubiquitous as Steven Rojas, the Corporate Digital Director of the Morgans Hotel Group. That title, however, doesn't quite reflect Rojas' imprint on downtown culture: from hosting some of the biggest events of the year (the bar was set last Halloween at the NoMo Hotel) to posting the most envy-inducing Instagrams that redefine 'off-duty,' the suave hotel guy is the idealized modern man. Sharp suits, upstate campfires, lobby bars, and motorcycles all enter the lexicon when hanging with Steven Rojas, so of course we took the opportunity to grab a nightcap and get the scoop on how to live that exciting life.
