Hollywood kicked off the Time's Up movement with an all-black fashion protest at the Golden Globes. Now, music's biggest names are following suit with their own red carpet statement. Everyone from Lady Gaga to The Chainsmokers are rocking white roses at the Grammy Awards in New York City in support of women in the biz.
Cyndi Lauper told E!, "Women make up 51 percent of the workforce and it's about time we're paid equal. Equality in power and the workplace would help not only women but men, too."
Nick Jonas, meanwhile, said he was standing as a male ally. "As a man I think it's important to listen and to be ready to listen and to do our part where we can, when we can; to raise awareness and stand in solidarity on an incredibly important issue."
Best accessory of the night, for sure.
