Dangerous Brazilian Butt Lifts
The Brazilian ButtLift (BBL) is a procedure where fat from one body part is taken and then injected into the buttock. This procedure can be extremely dangerous because, if the fat is inadvertently injected into a blood vessel, the fat can travel through this blood vessel to the lungs and the patient can die. The BBL is a good procedure when performed by someone who knows where to inject. The horror stories we’ve heard about in 2018 often involve a poorly trained doctor or often not even a doctor performing the procedure. Go to a board certified plastic surgeon.
