If Kanye West writes a song "Perfect Bitch" about you, you've likely gone to great but bizarre lengths to become a "perfect bitch." Kim Kardashian has Instagrammed herself getting the vampire facial, which is essentially injecting her face with her own blood. She's also been filmed getting a fish pedicure, which involves soaking her feet in a tub full of fish that bite dead skin off her feet. And let's not forget Kim also owned up to putting gaffer tape around her neck and on her boobs to achieve her famous cleavage, which apparently rips off skin and leaves it raw and red when taking it off.
