Carine Roitfeld hosted a vampire-themed dinner and party for her new book, "Irreverent," at Paris’ Raspoutine nightclub. Guests who vamped it up included Karlie Kloss, Anja Rubik, Abbey Lee Kershaw, Riccardo Tisci, and Ines de la Fressange, while the "too cool" kids of Kanye West, Karl Lagerfeld, and Olivier Zahm, among others, all abstained and went as their usual selves.
