The Le Baron family, headed by patriarch Andre Saraiva, has been notorious for avoiding any sort of press and had previously stayed mum on when the exact opening of the NYC location would be. Rumors started swirling soon after Saraiva acquired a liquor license for the Chinatown locale on New Years Eve, with false reports of an opening every other day.
