"Best 2K I Ever Spent": Jay Z, Kanye, Diddy And The Rest Throw It Down At Marquee Las Vegas

Noah Tepperberg, the club impresario and co-founder of Strategic Group,  threw a new year's bash at his new Las Vegas iteration of Marquee that was to die for. Rihanna, Jay-Z, Kanye--all were in the house.  Of course, we caught up with the Tepps a few weeks back to discuss Marquee New York's seventh anniversary, but he exceeded our expectations when welcoming in 2011.

Jigga-man himself got a wee-tad too excited when poppin' bubbly...
