Who knew that this action star was a theater kid? At age 7, Vin Diesel (born Mark Sinclair Vincent) made his stage debut in the children's play
Dinosaur Door at the Theater for the New City in the West Village.
After he and some friends broke into the theater, the company’s artistic director gave them parts in the show in lieu of calling the police. Diesel remained active in the theater throughout his adolescence before moving into screenwriting and film acting in his 20s.
