If you're a music enthusiast who enjoyed the refined works of Borodin last night, or can hold a conversation with internationally renowned composers, then you must be one of the 20 or 30-something year olds at this year's Notable Occasion.

On June 2nd, Carnegie Hall's Notables, a membership group for music enthusiasts in their 20s and 30s, flocked to the Weill Recital Hall for private renditions of Borodin and Beethoven works performed by Ensmeble ACJW members. The swanky event was organized by Nicola Bulgari, and benefits the music initiatives of the Weill Recital Hall which serves more than 115,000 citizens. The party later moved to Michael's Restaurant on West 55th for cocktails and hors d'oeuvres.

As is the case for these civilized affairs, there was plenty of bubbly to go around for the young notables, though it must be said that these are some of the most mature 20-30 year olds I've ever seen. Hear Hear!!
