Normally, we'd say what's the point of having a famous sibling if you can't meet other famous people, but in this case, they're family, so it probably works both ways. At the Nanette Lepore show during Fall Fashion Week 2010 with Kelly Osbourne. We finally understand why she wore that bright chartreuse colored outfit to the premiere of her film, Janie Jones.
