Last night, Cafe Metro celebrated their 30th year in business at their location on 52nd street. For the past 30 years, Cafe Metro is often praised on its quick service, seasonal menus, and original recipes. In addition to celebrating their anniversary, they also announced their new initiatives for 2012, which include a new 100 Under 500 calorie menu. For this project, head chef, Brad Grossman worked with Dietician Alexandra Oppenheimer to create this healthy and tasteful menus.
Featured on Celebrity Apprentice, Cafe Metro also announced their plans to "freshen up" their look by making adjustments in their locations and changing the uniforms.
