This Caviar & Champagne-Filled Soirée Is THE Fanciest New Years Eve Fête In Town

Kick off 2024 at the most opulent, over-the-top caviar, champagne and truffle-filled fête in town!

This New Year's Eve Michelin-Starred mainstay Caviar Russe is hosting quite the shindig, serving up the most memorable meal you'll have had all year.

In honor of the holiday, Executive Chef Edgar Panchernikov is preparing two special prix-fixe experiences for early and late night revelers alike. For the city's most discerning posh partiers, there's The Bar & Lounge soirée, where guests can savor caviar, raw bar favorites and haute hors d'oeuvres while enjoying front row seats to musical performances by jazz scene favorite Richie Nuzz.

For the even more sophisticated set, there's The Dining Room bash, where a refined 6-course tasting menu awaits featuring a parade of 25 grams Gold Osetra Caviar, a glass of Dom Perignon, a seared foie gras course, Caviar Russe's signature Golden Egg, seasonal Alba White Truffle over tagliatelle, Dover Sole (the fanciest of fish entrees), and to finish it all off, a Cannelle topped with, obviously, caviar!

Certainly 'twill be a most exciting evening - and hey, you never know who you'll run into at this uptown establishment. After all, Rihanna is a fan, and she's got to ring in the New Year somewhere, right?
