On Friday night at Pranna, Emily Giffin celebrated the upcoming film "Something Borrowed," based on her hit novel. Molly Sims, Hilary Swank, who is producing the film, and Hoda Kotb made an appearance, but they weren't the main draw. Eligible bachelors mingled throughout the crowd garnering plenty of attention.
The event was also a party for Emily's new book "Heart of the Matter," and single women were swarming. The guy-to-girl ratio tipped in the men's favor. According to Page Six the bachelors spent most of their time unsuccessfully trying to attract the attention of the leggy celebs.
While guests didn't get to go home with a new boyfriend, they did have the chance to pocket screening passes to see an advance viewing of "Something Borrowed" and some match.com 3-month free memberships. There was also plenty of free flowing champagne.
"Something Borrowed" hits theaters May 6 and stars Kate Hudson, Ginnifer Goodwin and John Krasinski.
