L’Amour Fou, a Sundance Select, screened last night at the SVA Theatre. Directed by Pierre Thoretton and Sofia Coppola, the film honors the late great Yves Saint Laurent by chronicling his longtime partner, Pierre Bergé as he copes with the loss of Laurent, and auctions off their joint art collection. Viewers shook off the somber tone of the film at the vivacious after party held at Le Bain.
Guests celebrated the film and the fashion icon's many contributions to the art world. Sky Ferreira, Olivier Theyskens, Alec Baldwin, James Toback, and Julia Restoin-Roitfeld attended.
