Nora Gardner Apparel hosted its launch party on Sunday afternoon at a chic private venue in Chelsea. Nora Gardner, the founder and designer, has established a brand that creates clothing for women who want to look professional in the workplace but also feel attractive, feminine and comfortable. Her line is truly a refreshing change from traditional suiting and features beautiful dresses that transition easily from day to night.
Nora began her career in investment banking and upon realizing the dire need for more attractive women’s work apparel, made a 180 career change, and is now a full-time fashion designer.
The space was packed with friends and family who came out to support the new designer and the official launch of her website, noragardner.com. The party included a runway show, a makeup demonstration, a beautiful spread of delicious treats and drinks, and a small sample sale.
