Last night, the New York Sun Works benefit committee celebrated Earth Day with their 4th annual fundraiser at the Top of the Standard. Christie's auctioneer Lydia Fenet led an auction in which guests could bid on a wine tasting with Cameron Diaz, Yoga lessons with Russell Simmons, and more.
A special performance by Tony award nominee Brian D'arcy James was another highlight of the event which supported the building and conversion of environmental science classrooms, the training of quality teachers, and the exploration of new fields of sustainable study to level the education field and help kids exceed standards, right here in NYC.
