This past Saturday, Chef Richard Sandoval opened a new tapas lounge, Pampano Botaneria on the first floor of his midtown staple Pampano. The newly re-imagined space offers a variety of small plates, sangrias, and tequilas meant to encourage sharing and socializing. Pampano Botaneria is located at 209 East 49th st. between 2nd and 3rd avenues.
