Paul Wilmot and other guests came out Tuesday night to celebrate the launch of international pop sensation Shakira's second fragrance, S by Shakira Eau Florale.
Shakira's new fragrance brings out the feminine and delicate side of her. She describes her new fragrance as a modern floral scent with a touch of feminine sensuality, youth, optimism, vitality, and a lot energy.
The launch party was held at the Banchet Flower Bar in the meatpacking district.
