Macchu Pisco
Macchu PiscoThere were 70 restaurants participating in the Taste of the Nation, but one of the best discoveries was Macchu Pisco, a Peruvian grape-based white spirit. It is distilled in copper pot stills according to ancestral methods. At the table they served up a crisp pink cocktail with a dash of lemon.
