Lingua Franca x MZ Wallace
"I believe her." "Mothers Daughters Rebels." "Come together."
Such were the phrases donned on cashmere sweaters worn by some of the most stylish women in New York at the Jane Hotel, where the notoriously outspoken brand Lingua Franca celebrated an important new collab with fashionista-favorite handbag label MZ Wallace in October.
The must-have item worth toasting to? The limited edition MZ Wallace x Lingua Franca Metro Tote emblazoned with the words "Give a damn." The exciting partnership saw 100% of proceeds donated to She Should Run, an organization that supports women running for office. At times like these, that's more important than ever.
Lingua Franca founder Rachelle Hruska MacPherson, along with MZ Wallace co-founders Monica Zwirner and Lucy Wallace Eustice, hosted the likes of Amy Astley, Aurora James, Batsheva Hay, Sloane Crosley, Stacy London, Timo Weiland, Dee Poku, and Ann Dexter Jones for a cocktail fete in the Jane Ballroom. Midway through the evening, guests were greeted with a powerful surprise performance by the Resistance Revival Chorus, which made its candlelit entrance on the ballroom balcony. The moving, gospel-style singers had their audience in awe, filling the room with a sense of solidarity and the inspiration to take action.
