Last night at Haunch of Venison Gallery, the Time In Benefit organized a Benefit Gala and Auction to raise money for their Children’s Arts Initiative, which works to incorporate art into the curriculum of underserved schools. The event honored artists Leonardo Drew and Ahmed Alsoudani, and auctioned pieces by Takashi Murakami, Sarah Sze, Sebastiaan Bremer, and many others. In addition to the auction, the evening also boasted a live performance, "Big Thoughts," by Carol Szymanski with Ben Neill based on poems by Aram Saroyan.
