What was your deciding factor in working with New York & Company?
The material that I would be representing. That was important to me--I said, if you want Jennifer, you have to send her the product, and if she embraces it, she might be on board. They sent it to me and they let me sit with it for a few days, and when I tried them on I was like, "No guys. I really like this." Because for me, it has to be real. I don't like to just say "This is a part of me" without it being a part of me. I really enjoyed it. The first time I tried them on, I was in Jamaica, and I ended up flying home in jeans, and I never do that! I usually fly in leggings, because they're more comfortable, and jeans are restricting--but these are that comfortable--and cute--that I flew home in them.
