Florals... For Winter? Only At The Central Park Conservancy's Annual Winter Luncheon

by Mackenzie Newcomb · January 30, 2024

New York may be frigid and gray with no signs of stopping, but you certainly wouldn’t have guessed that by the looks of the crowd at The Mandarin Oriental this Monday afternoon, where a parade of Upper East Side society staples and philanthropy mainstays stepped out in their finest spring floral ensembles.

The Annual Winter Luncheon for The Women’s Committee of the Central Park Conservancy was as buzzy a scene as ever, raising over $310,000 to support the maintenance of Central Park’s twenty-one playgrounds.

Katherine Boulud, Betsy Smith, Blair Clarke and 350 more stylish supporters caught up over lunch, and enjoyed an inspiring talk by author, auctioneer and Central Park supporter Lydia Fenet.

Curious to see who wore what?
