They are a designer resale boutique specializing in the ultra hot and luxurious used designer fashions and accessories. Both locations are consignments stores where they look new stuff to add to their store, such as high-in derringers handbag, jewelry, and accessories. So you can bring your unwanted designer wares to any A Second Chance locations and they will buy your item for cash—or you can invest that value toward a new purchase. Just go in to any of their two locations during hours open and show them what you have. Items placed on consignment are subject to a 3 month contract and a 50/50 split once they are sold. Where: 1109 Lexington Avenue What: This location was established in 1993 and have provided their customers with quality designer items at a fraction of retail. They have a huge selection new, pre-owned, and vintage Chanel handbags, clothes, and jewelries, as well as many other high-in designers. The uptown locations also carries a large selection of vintage couture and runway collection.
SOHO
Where: 155 Prince Street (between Thompson St and West Broadway) What: This new downtown chain consignment location is a little smaller but still has a great selection vintage designer clothes and accessories.
