The famous shoe designer recently illustrated a half biography - half fairytale book, Manolo Blahnik and the Tale of the Elves and the Shoemaker to be released in November. Once upon a time the famous shoe designer collaborated with longtime friend and fashion writer, Camilla Morton to make the book possible. It will be published by Harper Collins on November 1st.
