A Virtual Tour Of Valentino's Museum!
8. Valentino Garavani unveiled ealier this week what he describes as a “virtual museum.” There is free app, available for download at www.valentino-garavani-archives.org. It's a 3-D technology that creates what looks like an all-white museum with a clear glass ceiling. Using a touch pad or mouse, you can zoom around for different views of the welcoming room.
“I wanted to give a complete vision of my work, not just the dresses, but the world in which they were born,” Valentino said.[NYTimes]
