So it's kind of in the middle of nowhere Chinatown but André Saraiva's mellow diner radiates Parisian cool. Whether you stop in for a Dragon Bowl, or split a heaping helping of their vegan nachos, the art-filled cafe is worth the extra Uber ride (and the Insta). Be on the lookout for every vaguely French fashionista you know.
