Annah Stretton Advocates for Gay Rights
Annah Stretton's models hit the NZFW runway September 2012, representing the multiple components of a quirky family, advocating for gay rights. Inspired by the gay marriage legislation in New Zealand the previous April, she made a statement through the representation of her models as the "weird aunty" or "out of control kids." Annah Stretton also allowed for two women to marry at her public show during the fashion weekend.
