"As far as staying healthy: I drink a TON of water, but other than that I am very, very easy on myself. I don't even allow myself to pretend there is time to work out. Why sign up for Barry's Bootcamp and then feel worse when I miss it? I come to terms with the fact that a workout just ain't happening before the week even starts and that seems to be the best for my mental health. As far as food... I need little presents to make myself happy and get through the week. I always let myself have pizza and basically whatever I want during FW. And well, to be honest I always let myself have pizza. So basically, I am the worst person to ask for health tips especially during fashion week because I am not focused on being healthy. I swear I haven't had a bagel in 6 months and I had three by day 2."
