29ROOMS BY REFINERY29

Why: Refinery29, the leading digital lifestyle media company, will kick off New York Fashion Week this fall with “29Rooms,” an interactive funhouse celebrating style and culture through 29 remarkable, immersive rooms. Set in a 50,000-square-foot warehouse on the waterfront in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, the event showcases art installations, one-of-a-kind performances, virtual reality experiences, film screenings, music, and more. The installation, created in collaboration with experts from the worlds of fashion, beauty, food, art and design, is free and open to the public on September 11 and 12, from 12p.m. to 8p.m. EDT, in New York City. #29 Rooms.
