While many bars tout themselves as ‘healthy’, they often come with a hefty side of sugar, preservatives and artificial ingredients. By contrast, Lara Bars are all raw – with nothing extra. Though the ingredient list is short, the flavor factor is not – and the texture is satisfying and soft. The Cherry Pie, Blueberry Muffin and Apple Pie are, in my book, the 3 all-stars – boasting the most fiber, protein and taste for the lowest calories.
