Lavender Oil

In the midst of all the fashion week frenzy, sometimes you need to calm down in order to perk yourself up. The perfect solution? Lavender oil. Lavender oil has healing properties that alleviate anxiety, stress, and even acne. It's also been shown to increase cognitive function when sniffing it. Rub some on your temples when you have a stress-induced headache or spritz some on your pillow to help you fall asleep (not to mention your hair will smell amazing the next day).
