Although she's been in the biz since she was 9 years old, Japanese model-on-the-rise Mona Matsuoka walked her first and only runway show last season in Milan for Anteprima. Then again, she is only 15, so she's got some time to build up her resume. Nevertheless, Mona has already starred in editorials for major mags like NYLON Japan so we can expect to see much more of her soon.
