Swan Room at Nine Orchard
The majestic new Nine Orchard in the heart of the Lower East Side's "Dimes Square" has been generating plenty of buzz lately. Not least of all due to its Beaux-Arts gem of a lobby bar, Swan Room, which boasts the original landmark architecture of a former bank, complete with soaring ceilings and intricate design details. The opulent interiors set the scene for the hotel's lounge, helmed by star chef Ignacio Mattos. While the #aesthetic is enough of a reason to visit, we'd go this week just to run into all the fashionable faces.
