NOT-SO SHORT, SHORTS – (Marc Jacobs, Chloe, Peter Som, DKNY) With tons of barely there styles prancing all over the runways this season, it’s nice to see a trend emerge that’s a bit more user friendly. But be careful, while these baggy shorts won’t show too much skin, they’re best worn with heels and a drapey or fitted top to avoid getting boxed in.
