Background: Matt has quite an exotic background; he is a mixture of Spanish, French, Native American, and African American. He was scouted at a Johnny Rockets at the Grove while at lunch with his friends in LA.
Challenges Faced Getting Into the Business: Breaking into the business has been a complete blessing for Matt. “Some might say right place, right time. I would just say it was God's favor and I am very thankful for that.”
How He Spends His Downtime: The majority of his downtime is spent investing in himself. “I always want to improve on myself, so I’m always studying movies, watching actors' interviews and in acting class.” Matt also loves fashion so he really enjoys shopping. 
Where You Can Spot Him: Matt’s favorite place is NYC, and while in town he loves hanging at Soho House, 1 Oak, and enjoys shopping along 5th Avenue.
Favorite Cheat Meal: His favorite cheat meal is the famous lobster roll sandwich at Ed’s Lobster Bar in Soho.
What Makes Him Swipe Right?: Mr. Cook is single and searching for the right one. He thinks he is way too picky but why shouldn’t he be?! His ideal girl is intelligent, positive, happy, kind, and spontaneous. With Matt's busy schedule, he is always on the go so she needs to be able to keep up with the hustle. “She has to be my best friend because what’s a relationship, if you’re not best friends, right?” Looks-wise?  “I love lips! You have to have those Angelina Jolie lips! And eyes. I love eyes because I love to look right into them! I'm pretty tall, so I like that in a girl too!”
Favorite Movies: Matt’s favorite movies are Wedding Crashers, Wolf of Wall Street, American Psycho, The Talented Mr. Ripley, Hitch, and Romeo and Juliet - the 1996 edition (how romantic!).
