The Westin Hotel's Executive Chef Frank Tujague concocted this luxurious masterpiece as a way to donate funds to the Les Amis d'Escoffier Scholarship benefiting future culinary students.
While the bagel is no longer available for order, you can still drool at the thought of the white truffle cream cheese and goji berry infused Riesling jelly, topped (of course) with edible gold leaf.
